Each product page shows the board's condition. Second-hand boards are checked before they go on sale. If you need more details about a specific unit, send us its part number before you buy.

We prepare orders within 2 working days, Monday to Friday, with a 14:00 cut-off (Spanish mainland time). Transit then takes up to 2 working days within Spain and up to 3 to the rest of Europe. For other destinations, please ask us.

The key detail is the part number on the board itself, usually on a label or printed on the circuit board. Note it down in full, including any revision letters or digits, along with the model of the unit. Some boards carry only a code and no brand name: that code is what we need. If reading it means opening the unit, ask a qualified technician to do it with the power disconnected and send you photos.

Compare your board's full part number, including the revision, with the one shown on the product page. Two boards looking alike in photos is not enough to confirm compatibility. If the part number is not an exact match or you are unsure, ask us before you buy.

Yes, we repair air conditioning boards, including inverter boards. Diagnosis is free and is usually done within 48–72 hours, depending on our workload. We then send you a quote, and no repair goes ahead without your approval. If the board cannot be repaired or you decline the quote, you only pay for shipping.

It depends on the fault, the part number and whether a replacement board is available. The free diagnosis gives you a repair quote to compare before deciding, and you can check our shop to see whether we stock your part number.

Before sending it, write to us with the full part number and a description of the fault. We will tell you how to proceed and where to send it. We work online only from our workshop in Blanca (Murcia), with no walk-in service, and you cover the shipping costs.

Stop using it and ask a qualified technician to check the unit. Then contact us with the board's part number and the fault you are seeing. We accept a return or replacement if the board has a defect attributable to us.
