An international purchase needs the same precise part identification and a little more attention to the address and transport arrangements. Before scheduling a technician's visit, review the terms shown for your destination. An estimated delivery time is useful, but it should not be confused with a guaranteed date.

Confirm the part before scheduling the work

Use the complete equipment model and original board labels when asking about compatibility. Brand and appearance are not enough, even if the equipment is sold in several countries. Keep original references unchanged when writing in another language, without translating them or removing suffixes.

Check the condition and availability of the specific unit in its product listing before completing the order. If stock or compatibility is unclear, resolve that point before arranging the installation.

Check the destination during checkout

Enter the complete country, postcode and address to see the applicable delivery options and cost. Do not assume a rate for your destination from an earlier purchase or another country. If the address does not have a shipping option, or a condition needs clarification, enquire before paying.

  • Complete recipient name and delivery address.
  • Correct postcode, country and contact telephone number.
  • Checked billing details and purchased reference.

Distinguish preparation from transit

Preparation takes place before the order is handed to the carrier; transit starts afterwards. Check both stages and consider working days, public holidays and the destination. If you need a specific date to coordinate an appointment, enquire before booking it and review tracking information when it becomes available.

Keep the documentation for future enquiries

Save the order number, reference confirmation and shipment tracking. If an issue arises, use those details and legible photographs to explain it. Contact us to handle the enquiry, and follow the instructions we give you before arranging a return or sending anything on your own initiative.

Is your board faulty, or are you unable to find a replacement? Share its reference and the symptoms so we can assess a possible repair.

Ask about repairing this board

This guide supports identification and purchasing decisions. Board diagnosis, removal and installation should be carried out by qualified professionals following the equipment documentation.
